About Sundrop

Sunshine, now with a plug. ☀️

Sundrop Solar makes going solar about as hard as plugging in a toaster. Our plug-in solar kits turn your balcony, patio, fence, or backyard into a mini power plant. You won’t need a roof crew, a 20-year contract, or a three-month wait. Just sunshine, a few clicks, and a power bill that shrinks a little more every day.

We were born under Colorado’s 300-ish days of sunshine, and we ship our kits nationwide to every state where plug-in solar is allowed.

Our Mission ☀️

Put a little piece of the sun in every home.

Rooftop solar is great if you own a roof, have a big budget, and don’t mind a long project. Everyone else got left in the shade. Renters, condo dwellers, and people who just want to try solar without remortgaging the house were stuck. We started Sundrop to change that.

Our promise fits on one line: Solar Made Simple. Just Add Sun.

What We Do

🔌 Plug-and-Play Kits: Panels, microinverters, and mounting hardware in one box. Unbox it, mount it, plug it in, and you’re making power.
🧠 Sun-Sizing Help: Not sure what fits your space? Tell us what you’ve got, and we’ll help you choose the right setup and estimate your savings.
🏔️ Real Humans, Real Help: Our team is in Colorado. Wherever you are, you’ll talk to people who actually know solar.

What We Believe

Simple beats complicated. If it needs a 40-page manual, we’re doing it wrong.
Safety isn’t optional. We carefully choose every component and test it before it ships.
Sunshine is for everyone. Your power bill shouldn’t depend on whether you own your roof.
Colorado roots, nationwide reach. We’re from the mountains, and we ship to wherever the sun shines (and the law allows).

Join the Sundrop Crew 🚀

We’re a small, scrappy, sun-obsessed team on a mission to make solar ridiculously easy. If you like building things, solving puzzles, and getting people excited about clean energy, come hang out with us.
