Solar Made Simple. Just Add Sun.
Plug in. Power up. That’s it.
Big power. Colorado roots. Inspired by Colorado's legendary 14ers, the Sundrop Colorado 16er takes things a little higher — a 1,600W solar system built exclusively for Colorado, combining four powerful 400W solar panels into one easy-to-use system that turns Colorado sunshine into clean, homegrown energy.
With 1.6kW of solar capacity, the Colorado 16er gives homeowners a simple way to generate their own electricity, offset everyday energy use, and reduce their electric bills — all while taking advantage of the abundant sunshine Colorado is famous for. At $2,250 complete, it's also the best bang for the buck in the Sundrop lineup — the lowest cost per watt of any Sundrop system.

Plugs into a standard household outlet; a dedicated 20-amp circuit is recommended for this system. No permit or electrician required for qualifying installations; eligibility depends on your utility requirements and system configuration. Sundrop systems are grid-tie systems for outdoor ground deployment and require a grounded 120V outlet. Sundrop is not a backup power source and provides no power during grid outages. Specifications and delivery timing are targets and subject to change.
